• Location data (used strictly for safety and emergencies)

• Emergency activation (voice trigger: “Nova, help me” or a tap on the bracelet)

That’s it.
No tracking your kid’s browser.
No emotional profiling.
No secret databases of behavior.
Zero data for sale. Ever.

🧠 Who Can Access This Data?

Two people. Period:

• Loni Granger (Founder & Director)

• Casey Granger (Co-Founder & Guardian Tech Officer)

That’s it.

• Not staff.

• Not the board.

• Not tech vendors.

• Not even the government.

Nova’s data system is locked behind a digital fortress—firewalls, encryption, honeypots, and facial recognition safeguards so advanced that even Bill Gates would go, “Damn.”
